- Prepare two pieces of 10-12 cm square aluminum foil.
- Place a sheet of aluminum foil on the bottom of the pan.
- Add a handful of the included chips on top of the foil.
- Lift the edge of another sheet of aluminum foil to make a saucer and set it on top of the chip.
- Place the Ibushi Gin smoker on the stove and turn on the heat.
- After 4-5 minutes, cover the smoker with its lid.
- When smoke starts coming out from the groove's edge, pour water into the groove.
- Wait for 4-5 minutes and turn off the heat.
- Leave the smoker as it is and let it smoke with the residual heat for approximately 20 minutes.
- After the smoking process is complete, carefully open the smoker and enjoy your delicious, smoky dish!
