The 36 cm two-handle Chinese wok from River Light's Kiwame Premium series is a larger round-bottom wok for cooks working with a powerful burner or wok ring. It gives plenty of room for restaurant-style tossing and holds a generous batch of stir-fry or deep-fry.
As with the rest of the Premium range, the body is nitride-treated Japanese iron â high heat response, rust-resistant without seasoning, and built to last. Twin iron loop handles support two-handed lifting. Best with gas, radiant or halogen; the rounded base is not compatible with induction.
