What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture?
Most of our home decor items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger furniture pieces may require 7-14 business days for specialized freight delivery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture returns.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We prioritize FSC-certified wood, organic textiles, and recycled metals in our curated collections to minimize our environmental footprint.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also monitor your delivery status directly through the 'Order History' section of your Minimaru account.
